ProAutoMultifunctional Complex
is one of Bulgaria’s greenest sites. Designed and built in line with the BREEAM 2013 international standard for sustainable construction, the facility has been awarded a ‘Very Good’ rating. The ProAuto Multifunctional Complex received the 2021 Building of the Year award.
It offers an outstanding work environment in a modern, comfortable setting. The facility comprises two main units – an office building and a warehouse. The office building features spacious showrooms, open-plan offices, conference rooms and a restaurant with stunning views of the Vitosha Mountain. It also boasts a V GYM Fitness & SPA. The complex has its own events centre, which has access to a spacious terrace and football pitch. For the convenience of its customers, the ProAuto multifunctional complex has a parking lot that can accommodate around 80 vehicles. There is a separate parking lot for the employees working in the building and a charging station for electric vehicles.
