The certificates were presented in the presence of Dr. Eng. Ivan Vutov, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Geotrading AD, and Mrs. Rumyana Ivanova, Chief Executive Officer of the company.
The training is part of Geotrading AD’s policy to encourage the professional development of its employees and to support the acquisition of new knowledge and competencies.
The project is the result of focused efforts to create opportunities for learning and skills development in the field of management across the GEOTECHMIN Group. The NEW HORIZONS Managers Academy program is implemented by CUPO EAD in partnership with In Your Hands.
The Academy consists of six training modules. Through interactive learning activities, business simulations, and practical management case studies, participants developed knowledge and skills in the following areas:
- The role of the manager and leadership styles
- Mentoring and delegation
- Personal effectiveness
- Difficult conversations
- Motivation and engagement
- Organizational effectiveness and teamwork
Participants from the Geotrading team attended the training in one-day modules held between October 2024 and March 2025 at the Event Center hall in the ProAuto Multifunctional Complex.
